Selection is based on the personal interview, where he/she have determined for positive thinking, honesty, hardworking, talkative and presentable personality. If anybody selected he/she should take basic training course held by the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and starts working.

The new Representative will be guided by his/her officers for easy ways to procure business. This job is purely on commission base but in some special cases the agency office may offers salary and other facilities.

The average Sales Representative earns about Rupees 20,000 to 30,000 per month.

After completing of 2 years and achievement of required targets the Sales Representative promotes as Sales Officer and again after the same period and completing the required targets he/she becomes Sales Manager. The facilities like Group Insurance, Medical, Renewal Income, Bonuses, Awards, Cash Contest, Tours, Seating and Allied Facilities and Office Furniture will be provided by the State Life Insurance Corporation.
